Kristy impressed us from our first meeting during which she presented a professional notebook with everything from a complete market analysis to helpful considerations for pricing our home at the right amount. Kristy found buyers by doing many extra things that other brokers don’t do.  For example, Kristy brought some of her own staging items and she actually combed our Persian carpet’s strings on each end with her fingers so that everything looked “just so” for the photographer. She held a long open house and prepared exceptionally well for it: she made large cards on which she highlighted positive features and placed them for easy observation by prospective buyers; she placed open house signs with balloons at several appropriate intersections; and she provided refreshments.  Kristy went the extra mile and stayed overtime to talk with the last person who came by… who turned became the buyer!

Throughout the entire process Kristy communicated often so we knew exactly how the process was going from the signing of the contract to buy/sell to the closing.  She spoiled us with over-the-top customer service.  In summary, please choose Kristy Bierhaus to sell your house.  We can easily imagine her doing a fabulous job on the buyer’s side as well.
